‘Life and Music’, an animation by Alan Watts whose message is both refreshing and true; it’s all too easy to become preocupied with the future and in doing so miss the all-important present.

One man explores this most obvious and universal question, revealing the truth that people thrive by focusing on the question of who they really are — and connecting that to work that they truly love.
